Shipping Policy:
Shipping costs include insurance, packaging and handling and tracking codes will be provided as soon as they are available.
Skin Care Products ONLY can be shipped to "most" locations worldwide, but outside of the 48 US states please request a shipping price before ordering. Skin care products can also be shipped to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses.
Other Store Products can only ship to US addresses and currently do not ship to HI, AK, APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.
Shipping Discounts We will combine shipping or give shipping discounts whenever possible, so please ask (but if you forget, we will still give it!)
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted only if items are grossly misrepresented. All items are shipped to you as described. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receiving your confirmed delivery item. We do not make returns, exchanges or refunds on items that are not insured. Shipping costs can not be refunded, but we will work with you as much as we can to make things right.
